We really enjoyed our stay. Situated on a quieter street, this location was still within walking distance to all amenities. Staff was friendly and arranged for an extra garbage pickup. I do wish that a cleaning service was included prior to day 7. We were staying 6 nights and thus did not get a cleaning service. This was expected but still was the only inconvenience experienced.

The place is very clean, spacious and has a kitchen. It also has washer/dryer combo, just be aware that it takes a long time for the clothes to dry. It does require a little bit of walk from the nearest station (12-15 mins)

It was a good extended 10-day stay. All needed amenities, clean, with washer/dryer and safe neighborhood. It’s about 10-12 minutes walk from Akihabara Station. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay, then Minn is a good place. We would highly recommend it!

Great Stay. Excellent location. Didn't appreciate having charged extra for 30 mins extra for a 10AM checkout time! Almost all hotels extend late checkout especially for long stay guests. Japan, wake up : )

Clean room and easy (via Line app) to reach out to staff for assistance. In room Laundry and small appliances (microwave, small toaster, fridge) are very convenient for family to stay. The AC is not powerful enough if you are staying during hot days.

Loved it. Traveled here with my family and we loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. 7/11 and family mart two blocks away. Very reasonable walk to train stations. The price was great.

Nice little apartment hotel, clean and centrally located. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. It felt the staff was ‘hiding’ in the office instead of dealing with you directly, they preferred the computer camera on the desk. Puzzled that you have to ask for clean towels. Equally puzzled that the apartment only gets cleaned 1 time a week, how does that work? When I asked for a clean they wanted to charge me extra! Why would you do that if you pay premium price???? When they finally cleaned they left the dirty dishes in the sink. Baffling.

This is a great hotel, if you are understanding what you are getting. Its minimal staff, minimal service. Literally just a place to be, sleep, put your stuff. Had a little mini kitchenette. Microwave and good size fridge. The washer/dryer is clutch. But don't expect full service everyday, or someone at the front all the time. Contact at Front Desk is mostly through a tablet with someone in a call center. But for my family, this was really perfect, we weren't looking for a lot of bells and whistles. Location is good, not great. After being out all day the walk to and from the train can be extra tiring.

Very nice apartment style hotel with plenty of room in the family suite we booked. Convenient location for the bustle of Ueno and Akihabara electric town etc but relatively quiet. Very simple check in and out. Not a lot of contact with staff, for stays less than 5nights there is no room service. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice room in a nice building in a great location, staff friendly and nice, beds comfy, good ac, bathroom, kitchen. Only complaints: we were there for 10 nights and on third day we came home and there was a strong odor in the room, reeked of rotten seafood. We did not have seafood in the room. The next two days the door to the room next to ours, which was unoccupied, was left open 24/7 so someone must have left seafood in there when they checked out or something, it rotted and stink up that room and ours. There is no smoking area, which I do not know if that is typical for Tokyo or not, but there easily could have been a smoking station behind the building. Would stay again.

Room was nice. Laundry very convenient. Location was good, not too far from transit. I prefer a person on-site rather than virtual checkin. Coffee in the room would have been nice. I thought we were getting a queen bed rather than twin beds. However, I’d stay there again, thanks !

Very nice little hotel, not to far from all the shopping centers that I cared to visit, and not to far from nearby eateries. Would recommend for anyone on a budget that also wanted someplace spacious and clean.
