「This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. 「The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice. Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.」

「The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .」
