Stay comfortably just a few steps from the nicest part of Nantasket Beach in this one-bedroom garden-level apartment! With a separate entrance from the main house, the apartment features hardwood floors throughout, a full kitchen (installed in 2023), a living room, a full bathroom with marble floors, and a large queen bedroom. The entire unit has hardwood flooring.

You'll find everything you need for a phenomenal stay, including high-capacity window AC for those hot summer nights, high-speed WiFi, beach towels and chairs, beach cooler, linens - including fluffy Restoration Hardware bath towels - a hairdryer, soap, and more!

Note - the sink and backsplash in the kitchen will be installed by April 2024. When the sink goes in, the walnut butcher block counter between the stove and refrigerator will be replaced with a white quartz countertop for the sink and brass faucet.

With its proximity to the beach, quaint charm, and convenient amenities, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind here. So pack your bags and get ready for a memorable stay in Hull!

This unit is available for rent when my other property is not rented. Washer and dryer are available upon request. This is a new listing for 2024 - please check out the reviews for my two-bedroom luxury rental (which I began renting last year and where I am a Premiere Host).
