"The property was clean, my room was clean but i noticed a roach in the bathroom. The pool is nice and clean and the hot tub was working."

"When we got there. People were stuck in the elevator. We were told that happened on the other elevator earlier that day. We stayed for two days and only one elevator was working. The stairs the door was locked and the other set of stairs were closed. It was a fire hazard. Then I used the laundry washed my clothes was told they would have more quarters in the morning. They did not. If you’re going to have those amenities you should have quarters. Also wasn’t a very clean and upkept place "

"Not what the pictures looked like at all, zero amenities. No fridge in the rooms, no shower pressure, no blankets. The conditions of the property was very sketchy. Very expensive for what it was. We stayed last minute due to a cancelled flight so it worked in a pinch. But would not recommend for a long stay. "

"Rooms are nothing like what they post on the site. Rooms are old, showing their age, dirty. The pool was very dirty I would not even consider swimming. The gentleman on the desk upon my arrival was very rude and condescending , made me feel unwanted as a guest, didn’t even greet me with a hello. Very disappointed all around."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The property is inconsistent—while one building appears more updated, the older building is clearly neglected. The room in the older section had issues, including bags left behind, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained."
