The cleaning staff was great, wonderful place for eight people to stay… Close to the beach, the pool was a little cloudy, but that was OK… We had some noisy spring breakers down the hall that’s to be expected

The property was fine for the price. The pool was cloudy and looked a little dirty. It looked like they kind of remodeled the 3 bedrooms but cut corners. There was nowhere in the bathroom to store your toiletries. The one bed had hair on the sheets, and the bed linens could be updated. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms were kind of broken and the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window.

My family stayed here a week. The rooms were clean and as described in the listing, with the exception of the listed damage here. We were very pleased that the property and staff were pretty responsive to notices and requests. Curtains did not cover several windows in the bedrooms and there were only 3 forks with the silverware. Once notified of the issues, they were quick to communicate with us (via Expedia messaging) and the issues were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Oddities: 9 coffee cups, 1 drinking glass Smelly water. we bought gallons of drinking water for a week. Thermostat is IN one of the bedrooms, so it's difficult to keep the place evenly cooled. (AC works great though.) Odd collection of pots. (made it work though) Issues: The sofa in the main room is breaking down to the point of hitting frame when sitting on it. We managed by placing 3 folded beach towels in the "hole" There is serious moisture damage in the main bathroom. The bathroom door is disintegrating along the base. It is to the point of having a hole in the bathroom side of the door large enough to see the core. Toilet paper holder is ripping out of the wall. While there are supposed to be quite hours, they are never followed or enforced. (Screaming kids and loud music in the centrally located pool past midnight.) Kids riding bikes on the 3rd floor walkway near midnight. I've no idea what the property could do, I'm just reporting my experience there.
