“the hotel is being completely renovated so the pool was not available. The breakfast was good. Didn't participate in evening orderbs and/or cocktails but felt that was an excellent ammenity. the a/c was not working in our room. maintenance came quickly and worked on the unit but did not fix the problem. the hotel graciously comped the night's stay. the next day a service person was supposed to come and work on the a/c. unsure if this happened. when we returned to our room the next night,……

“Room was very clean minus under the bathroom sink had black mold underneath it. And only one working elevator which made check out extremely annoying because of the luggage carts and full elevators. Waited 25 mins just to be able to get to the main lobby.”

“ Hotel very nice, convenient and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that we were in an adjoining room, in which the doors were locked and we didn't know our neighbors. Unfortunately, we heard every conversation, shower, hair dryer, etc. as if they were literally right outside our door. I have to think that this was caused by the adjoining rooms as I have stayed in Hampton Inns before and never had this problem.”

“Note this is a brand new hotel. Overall this location exceeded my expectations. Caveat, they do NOT have any pull out beds or rollaway cots. A 1 Queen room sleeps 2 NOT 3. This is a beautiful building with a very modern and spacious feel. The grab-and-go area has the usual items, and a full-service bar and "bistro" offers quick snack-like meals ($$$).
