"stayed at Studio 6 Deer Valley for about two weeks and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient for getting around the Deer Valley area, and I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room — it made a long stay much more comfortable and affordable. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The property itself is fairly quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, which is important when you’re somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was easy, and the extended-stay setup worked well for my needs. The only downsides were that a few rooms in the building had issues with roaches, the vending machines were frequently out of order, and the laundry facilities are pretty expensive at $3.75 per wash and $3.75 per dry. Those are things management could definitely improve. Overall though, for the price and the convenience, it served its purpose well for my two-week stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed an extended stay option in the area."

"Beautiful home and everything was great. We had to contact Mark for a few things and he was very responsive; nice guy. If we are back in Phoenix, we hope this place is available. Close to food, shopping and like 5 min to expressway but a very quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan was nice, loved the black out blinds, fully stocked real kitchen, and that back yard is just amazing at night. "
