"Stayed here for our snowboarding trip to Mount Baldy. It was OK the first room they gave us flooded and so we had to switch rooms but other than that, we didn’t have any other issues. Staff was friendly. "

"Wonderful stay at Express Inn in Ontario! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The location is convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay—great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Rooms are great but staff didn’t clean our room no even once in our 8 day stay, and half off the time of our stay the elevator was down, we had to carry stuff up to the 3rd floor using the stairs. "

"Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model."
