LOCATION

The location of this property can’t be beat! Very nice condo with a very comfy bed. Unobstructed ocean views. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Look forward to booking this condo again!

Perfect Location in Paradise

My family (mom, dad, daughter age 16, son age 12 had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and the PERFECT location. Being able to walk to the beach in literally a minute was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Amazing view, convenient location

The view is amazing, could use some small updates to bring it all up to excellent. Host is very responsive to inquiries. It’s obvious some residents do not like short term renters staying for vacation, but that’s to be expected with older residents. Great area and friendly host.

. Private beach . Conveniently located for shopping, food, coffee, and beach access . Close to Bean point . Sunset cruises nearby . Water Sports available My teenagers had their own space and so did I ! The unit has its Own parking spot! Overall a good experience!

Everything was wonderful except dishwasher wasn’t mounted and wasn’t a fan of the beds to soft for my liking everything else was great and the owners answered questions we had promptly

Beautiful sunset and perfect location

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed pizza and wings from Pizzanos and got to eat it as a family on the patio watching the sunset. Loved drinking coffee overlooking the ocean in the morning. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Bridge Street was a few blocks away with shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars with live music, and mini golf. We even went parasailing and the meeting spot was literally right around the corner. I’m all about convenience and this place was definitely it. The condo was clean and roomy. The beach is right across the street and can get tricky to cross the street since it’s close to a major red light but no crosswalk. However the beach was not too crowded since there is no public parking nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again on AMI.

Beautiful View

The view was stunning. The condo was clean and pretty. The only thing I did not like was the traffic noise on Saturday night. Boy, AMI likes to use their horns. The place is in walking distance from The Kokonut Hut and Wicked Cantina, which are my favorite. The Beach House Restaurant is on the opposite side in walking distance. Beach access is convenient and directly across from the condo. Great location to watch the sunset!

Nice Place

Trip was enjoyable. We have been to the island 5 times in the last 4 years. The location of the condo is located on the busiest intersection to get into the island… so sitting outside trying to have a normal conversation is near impossible. Beach is across the street which was nice and convenient although was always a pain to cross the street. The heated pool is nice. The beds and furniture were beyond uncomfortable along with the linens and pillows. An serious upgrade is in order. We did have an issue with the storage locker as it would not open but the property manager had it handled promptly. All in all it was fine but for the price expected a little more.

Fantastic location!

This is our second time visiting the area and this location is fantastic. It's an easy stroll to Bridge Street with lots of activities, shops and the peir. Be sure to check out Bridge Tender for casual Bayside dining. In the other direction about a block is Gulf Drive Cafe. Lots of outdoor dining right on the beach. It was definitely a family favorite. This condo is recently updated with new flooring. There aren't a lot of reviews, but the unit next door by the same owner had plenty to convince us to book it last minute with no pictures or reviews online. We are so glad that we did! Easy check in and no issues at all during our stay. The view of the gulf from the living room, balcony and master bedroom is fabulous. The beach is right across the street, so it's a very easy walk and convenient to come back to the condo for lunch or anything left behind. There is also a beach closet with chairs and a cart. Beach towels are also provided. We will definitely use this rental again.
