Great location

We were close to the beach, restaurants, shops. We could ride the free trolley anywhere on the island. A grocery store available, nice people visiting the area, we had our own parking spot. A great way to relax.

Great location

Wonderful week!

This was our first stay at Bradenton Beach and we loved it!! Perfect location we were able to walk everywhere. And we really loved the walking trail through Coquino park. We will definitely be back!

Bradenton Beach stay

We absolutely loved this condo. Had a couple of issues at the start but they promptly addressed them. Location is perfect, close to many things, and the trolley system got us everywhere else. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice place

Top floor so you need to negotiate stairs. Was very hot when I arrived but ended up beautiful. Building is showing age. Carport damage. Room is nice and has everything you need. Pool was very nice. Other quests were noisy first weekend but fine after. Close to everything. One of owners down below unit was a bit of a noisy person. Overall a nice place.

Has its ups and downs - literally

We love the location, a quick walk to the beach and bridge street shopping and restaurants. There were no surprises with kitchen appliances lights etc. gas grills worked great. Down side - no elevator. 28 stairs up to the room. If you have leg or hip problems you would not want this facility. Other than that we were very happy.

Great Location

Loved this condo, great location. We could walk to bridge street, down gulf drive and co close to the beach!Unit was furnished with everything we needed.My only complaint would be, get a better mattress.The amount of money we spend, and mattresses are now so affordable. Would definitely recommend.

The place was clean. Very close to beach and bridge street. Short walk. Would have liked to had beach chairs and umbrella, there was room in the closet for them. (Next guest gets to use our umbrella we had to leave it). Needs new mattress for bed. Recommend more wash clothes only given one for the whole week. Had to buy some.
