Nice condo with great ocean view. Very relaxing laid back surroundings. Within walking distance to many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location & sunsets! Once the elevators get the sand out of bottom of them it will be easier to access floors but they work for not. Screened balconies & lots of eating places in walking distance. Just a beautiful sitting!

Pros: Nice condo, excellent views of the Gulf, beautiful beach, good location, nice pool.Cons: screened in porch light out, several minor maintenance issues (lightbulbs out, low water pressure in guest shower, broken tp holder in master, some electrical outlets out), elevator out of service (due to Hurricane), pool bathrooms locked the entire week w/ no explanation, rule that pool/beach chairs could not be reserved, yet several people did anyway. (there are only 4 chaise loungers for the beach - all 4 were "claimed" with towels by 7am, but weren't used until afternoon)Tips: bring hangers (there are 4 in each closet), there are NO beach accessories provided by this unit
