Best beach vacation ever

We were first time beach vacationers and originally chose this vbro due to location and found it was crazy awesome! It was beautiful and had a great location but the best was how it had everything we didn’t know we needed!!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart it all and even fishing equipment. My son is now looking forward to fishing back home. The balconies were fun to relax on at night and we loved walking to bridge street to get ice cream then take it back. We hope to come again!! Thank you

Our stay at Seabreeze Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The home itself is beautifully maintained and full of charm, nestled in a location that offers stunning views and total relaxation. From sunrise to sunset, every moment felt like a postcard. Pam and Rob were outstanding hosts — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel right at home. Even the weather was on our side! We enjoyed great meals, peaceful mornings, and time with family we’ll always remember. Without a doubt, we’ll be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Incredible stay - laid back Florida vibes!

We had the most amazing 5 night stay at Pam and Rob’s cottage in May. We have 2 very young children and the house and surrounding area was an absolute dream. The locals were so incredibly friendly - at times we felt like we were in a movie! The house had everything we needed and Pam and Rob went out their way to make sure we were comfortable and also had a few things from the UK!! The local restaurants were fab and we loved just listening to the live music at Bridge Street Tender Inn. The kids liked a dance too. The Anna Maria Oyster bar was also great and the staff could not have been better with our 2 year old son. We also saw dolphins at the pier. This was a bolt on to our Disney holiday and I can’t recommend this area and this cottage enough….my daughter asked if she could come back when she is a bit older (she is only 4). We will be back! Perfect location, great accomodations!

We had such a great stay at the Seabreeze Cottage. The space is so nice with everything you need to stay in and cook and feel comfortable. Such an easy walk to the beach, bay and tons of restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! Everything we needed for a wonderful stay at the beach was there: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, carts, coolers. The owners thought of everything! We highly recommend & plan on staying there in the future!

Perfect Stay and Perfect Location!

Book this house! This was our first time going to Anna Maria Island and we could not have asked for a better location, better equipped house or better hosts! The house is darling and very spacious - the photos don’t do it justice. Our family of 5 had plenty of space for hanging out and sleeping. Everything was very clean and meticulous. I typically feel the need to disinfect and do a once-over of a rental and that was not the case here. We did not need to do anything upon check in except drop our bags and go to the beach! All of the towels and linens were fresh, the house just felt perfect and we were right at home immediately. The house has everything you need! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, a skim board, sand toys, coolers, multiple wagons, fishing poles….you name it! There are plenty of towels for the beach and for a family to shower all in the same day. The kitchen is well equipped and everything has been thought of within the house. The walk to the beach is SHORT and so easy. The access is perfect and the beach/water are gorgeous. There are tons of restaurants, ice cream and shops within the same block of the house. We barely used a car and didn’t need a golf cart. We drove to the other side of the island a couple of times but preferred our location more. Our area was less busy and the beach access and restaurants were much more easily accessible. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Checkout was a breeze. We’ll be back!

Relaxation

STOP searching and book this home!!!! It is fantastic! The owners have thought of every detail that you could ever need! The communication was outstanding with the Pam and Rob. Location of this home is great, so many things within walking distance. Fishing pier, restaurants, shops, putt putt, and of course the beautiful beach. We loved and enjoyed everything this home offered and Anna Maria is a fun beautiful island for all ages.. we will definitely be booking this home again!

AMI Spring break 2024

Amazing stay for Spring break 2024. Your cottage was absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time exploring all of beautiful AMI. Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop and having our morning coffee on the back deck. Boys loved the outdoor shower and everything about your cottage was perfect! We can’t wait to come back! Perfect location in all the action. Loved the bike path over to Longboat key and Beer Can Island was such a gem. Thank you for an amazing time. Cheers!!!

Rooftop is a game changer!

This was our second time on the island. My family and I rented this property during my son's spring break. I expected that it would be crazy with people because we were so close to Bridge Street and Gulf Drive, but I was wrong! This stay couldn't have been better! Rob and Pam have thought of everything to make you feel like you are right at home. The street is quiet and friendly. Very close to local shops, ice cream and a trolley stop (which is a great way to get around the island at no extra charge!) The kitchen was perfect. It had everything you could want for any meal! There is also a faucet for filtered water which saved us from having to buy bottled. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. All three bathrooms were quite big for families to get ready at the same time without being in the way. The garage had everything you needed for the beach as well as bikes. There were pickleball paddles and balls available for use for the court that was only a block away. The thing we utilized the most were the outdoor spaces. This place has a back deck with an outside shower, grill and table and chairs. It has 2 balconies with comfortable seating. The game changer is the rooftop deck! We spent so much time up there in the morning as well as in the evening. The view of the channel, Bridge Street and the Gulf is incredible. We enjoyed listening to the music from the local bars and restaurants from above. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Cute and clean vacation home! My adult son and I visited and loved our stay. Two bedrooms, each bright, fresh w big beds and newly remodeled bathrooms. Everything was provided in the house - needed for nothing! Walk is a block and across road, but there are beach towels, coolers, wagons, chairs and umbrellas available in the garage, so very very convenient! Path thru dunes to beach. Two minute walk to ice cream, pizza, and more. Would be great for two couples as well!

Great Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect, just one short block from the beach, restaurants and a great ice cream parlor. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you want or need for a week at the beach. And, the beds were so comfortable! Bradenton Beach is really a charming old fashioned beach town, no high rises, nothing posh, just beautiful sand and water and delicious food. We’ll be back next year.

Like Coming To Our Own Vacation Home

Perhaps the best stay we have had on any of the vacation rental sites we have stayed in. The home is bright and cheerful and comfortable. Perfectly located for beach access and near to restaurants and shopping. Our hosts made us feel like we were family visiting. Everything we could want was provided... bicycles, beach toys, towels, chairs, flashlights, snacks you name it. The kitchen had everything you might need, The best appointed kitchen of any stay. We watched the sun rise and set from the rooftop deck. Great for stargazing too. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was top of the line.

What you see is what you get

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. Too often the pictures are old and the description is misleading, but not here Also, I had trouble connecting to the internet and texted the owners. I received a phone call within minutes and they walked me through the connection. Their response could not have been better. While on the phone, they also recommended area restaurants that were great Overall the experience was wonderful

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property owner was wonderful--very prompt responding and answering questions. The location is good -close to a lot of things and good restaurants. It's not beach front, but it is a close walk to the beach. We liked that there were beach items including chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and great wagon for carrying everything to the beach. There were lots of nice touches around the property. Umbrella, hats and a basic back to use in the entry. Toiletries included--shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap, and lotion. There were also makeup remover wipes and cotton balls and cue tips in the bathroom. Towels were all clean and plenty of them for our family. We used the washer and dryer and it worked great. There was All Clear laundry detergent, some oxiclean powder, softener, and dryer sheets. There were 2 adult sized bikes with helmets. A few games in the house and some in the garage. Plenty of hot water and there was a separate small hot water heater in the guest suite. We used the upstair futon and it was great for our youngest who is 7 years old. It is more of a full sized bed. There are several extra blankets in the house and plenty of pillows that we thought were comfortable. Since the guest suite is separate and use keys to lock/unlock keep this in mind with the ages of children if a family goes. It felt safe but some families might rather kids be in the house with them.

Great spot right by the beach

What a cute and beautiful cottage right by the beach. Perfect spot to be able to enjoy everything Anna Maria island has to offer. You can walk easily to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars all right there. House was exactly as advertised. Very clean and cozy. Hosts were very accomodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
