Beautiful house with an easy walk to the beach. They had all the beach toys you could ask for and wagon to trasport them.

It was so wonderful to watch the sunrise in the morning from the dock. Seeing all the different fish around the dock and having the pelicans greet us each morning. The house was warm and inviting. It was a great home base and had all the essentials you need. The beach was a short 4-5 minute walk away. The house came with beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart so it made the short walk even easier. The beach itself is beautiful with crystal clear water. We enjoyed the many restaurants nearby. It was a wonderful vacation and will miss it very much.

We loved this place from the dock In the back yard to the 5 min walk to the beach it was every thing we could’ve wanted. We are thankful for all the beach toys they had to offer it saved us tons of money!

Best vacation yet.

Property had everything we needed. Perfect location, really enjoyed sunrises in the morning. Short walk to beach,and the dock and boat lift worked perfect. We will be there next year. Lord willing.

Beautiful location

The location of this property my was amazing, loved having our own dock with the sitting area, so nice to sit out and relax with a glass of wine after dinner. Quick walk to the Gulf and close to Bridge Street and the Kokonut Hut. House was exactly as pictured/described, well equipped with everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Property manager was very accessible when we had a question. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing

A beautiful & well kept home. Amazing views of the bay just off the back porch and a very short walk to the beach. Interior was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were there. Highly recommended!!!

Great Family vacation property.

My family enjoyed this property so much. Great location and the private dock was perfect for our fishing adventures. We enjoyed many meals at the kitchen table enjoying the sunrise and watching the boats. My son really loved that you can see the Sky way bridge change colors at night. This home exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Fantastic!!!

We spent 6 days with our kids here, it was the first family vacation we’ve taken in two years and it did not disappoint! The house was perfect, the location was perfect, and we had a fantastic experience!!!! We would highly recommend staying at this house! The beds were super comfortable and we had a space for everyone to unwind and sleep which is super important when you have a 22 year old daughter and a 17 year old son who need to get away from each other sometimes 😂.

Perfect location for a family getaway.

The location of this house is perfect! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock and watch the sunrise as dolphins and fish swim around. The beach is a quick walk away and sunsets can end your day. For walkers, there is a small nature trail not far away and you can even walk into the Holmes Beach area for a great surf shop or pancakes on the beach. The house is cozy and well stocked and is great for families. Communication from AMI properties is also great and efficient!

Bonus days

I felt things were reflective of what was advertised. We had a great time. The house was wonderful. It was nice to spend evenings watching the full moon come up over the water on the dock. It was beautiful! The one thing I could say is their were amenities such as kayaks and bikes and paddle boards. I didn’t feel the information on how to access these things was straightforward. I may have missed something but to me also could of been a bit more obvious for ease. But overall was a great couple days at a great place.

Girls trip

Great time! Only problem is bedroom situation, third bedroom not used, sleeper sofa and ceiling fan didn’t work. Upstairs rooms were warm. The beautiful dock and distance of the beach were priceless.

Beautiful bayside retreat!

Great location, clean, nice property. View of bay and sunrise breathtaking. Lots of fish, pelicans, crane and even folding off the dock. We had some confusion with check in but overall wonderful stay! Highly recommend.
