The south-facing balcony looks over the pool and beach. There is a large heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The development has secured access via an elevator. The condo has a full kitchen with granite worktops, office space with internet access, breakfast bar, dining area with open plan lounge, a utility area with washer and dryer.

The master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with his & her vanities, toilet and tub with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and share the hall bathroom.
Both bedrooms have TVs.

This is a self catering property. Housekeeping only leaves an initial supply of kitchen and paper products for guests' arrival. No food items/condiments are left in the condo. There is a Publix supermarket on the island for all grocery needs.

For the family there is a Cinema, Bowling Alley and a wider choice of supermarkets in Bradenton which is just 8 miles away. There is huge choice of water sports available both on and just off the island.
