Best Family Vacation

House is exactly as listed. Rental company was very helpful and the check in and out process was superb. We had a very hot week and enjoyed many hours in the very clean pool and spa. The beach during week days was pretty empty it was like having the whole beach to ourselves. The house itself have everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for our group of 7. I would recommend this house and rental company to anyone coming to this area. We plan to make this our annual family event.

Perfect home for family vacation! Very clean, lots of space inside and outside to enjoy. The layout works really well especially for a larger group. Great communication, I lost my entry code and when I called resolved in less than 3 minutes.

Perfect home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was available. The pool was much appreciated as the weather was extremely warm during our stay. Very conveniently located to shopping and the venue where our grandson was competing in Canoe and Kayak Nationals. Would definitely book this great home again.

We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay here again. We loved the pool! A table lamp would be nice in all rooms. A new garbage can would be nice too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay.

Beautiful property!

We very much enjoyed this property and all it’s amenities. We had a pluming issue that was quickly resolved with great communication. Would definitely stay at this property again! Great location and nice quiet safe neighborhood. We also loved the community pool along with the private pool. Thank you for sharing it with our family!

Family vacation

This house was an absolute gem! Super clean, beautifully set up, and in a perfect location — close to everything from grocery stores to emergency snack runs (which, if you have kids, you know is critical). The host was awesome and incredibly responsive — replies came faster than my kids racing to claim the top bunk.Speaking of the kids, they loved the pool, the pool table, and especially the Pac-man game. I’m not saying they tried to set up permanent residency in by the pool table and Pac-man game, but we may or may not have had to negotiate screen time with pizza bribes.The only hiccup during our stay was the trash situation — the bins were full when we arrived. Totally understand that trash day is a thing, and we don’t mind wheeling them down, but it would've been nice to start the trip with a clean slate (and clean cans). Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker — just a minor wrinkle in an otherwise fantastic stay.All in all, this place was great for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again (especially if the aPac-man machine survives my kids).

Great space for families

Overall, we had a good stay in this home. We had asked for the pool to be heated and it took about 2 1/2 days into our stay for that to be turned on. We also had trouble with the hot tub. It was freezing cold for about 2 1/2 days as well, but once the hot tub was working it was great! The house wasn't as clean as we hoped and the toilet that was connected to the pool area really didn't work very well. The AC shut off on us a couple of times even though we kept it at the required temperature the whole time. The bunk rooms worked great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pool and billiards table. The extra items for the beach were awesome and we utilized them a lot.

Perfect Place for Families!!!

We really enjoyed every aspect of this home! The house layout was perfect for our family with 5 kids especially with two bunkbed rooms (twin over quuen). Along with a very nice, attractive and safe neighborhood. We all enjoyed the pool and nearby basketball court (within walking space). However, the listing was showing a huge community pool that was closed for resurfacing. Our grandkids were very disappointed after seeing the listing pictures. The community pool should not be used as advertising until it is operational. Very clean house, great showers, comfortable family house. However, very limited supplies of anything....two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, so be prepared with no spices, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Not that these things should be provided, but definitely a "bare bones" house! Fantastic beach chairs, wagon, pool towels!!! We definitely would stay again.....loved the beachy colors and decor!!!

Exceptional, beyond expectations - 100/10

This home was immaculate - from the ease of check in to checking out, our group of friends that travelled into town for a wedding from Nova Scotia Canada were blown away! There was nothing in this home missing you would need. The house instructions were thorough but easy to follow. Cleaning this place as you go was a breeze. The outside space was our favorite place to sit together and bbq and listen to music while we swam. The inside space was cool (we didn’t need more or less cool air). I recommend just keeping the ceiling fans on in your room. The master bedroom was the spot 😍 gorgeous bathroom. Our only trouble was getting the timing of the garbage collection - we thought we’d catch them before 830am as we didn’t want to put it out the night before incase of pests. I would say before 730 is smart! All around we would come back here 1000 times and likely will try to at our planned visit next year. Thank you so much to the amazing hosts!!!
