"This is a remodeled hotel so everything is new, clean and modern. The customer service is extraordinary and one of the best experience i have had. I left my sunglasses in my hotel room and they tried their best to ship my glasses out for me. We also landed early and they allowed early checked in with a fee. It is right next to gwangjang market, dongdaemun market, near bus station, train station and a bus stop to incheon airport so it was super convenient."

"I stayed in Room 206, and overall, I would describe my experience as decent but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone sensitive to noise or odors. The building is located down a narrow, somewhat dirty alley where people often gather to smoke, especially at night.
