“The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.”

“The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone.
