「Overall, a great stay. The hotel isn’t pretty from the outside, but it makes up for it inside. I found the rooms to be more modern than other Mercure Hotels that I have stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from and fresh too. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again.」

「The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!」

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「We have stayed twice before and were given the room with the double baths again which sadly we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The room is spacious with a big four poster bed. There was a great fan provided which helped greatly with the warm weather. Breakfast was great but there was quite a delay between ordering and receiving our food. The food was hot and delicious though. 」
