“We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course……

“The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready for me next time. ”

“來到Bad Ragaz 小鎮，譲我們驚喜，我們從火車站搭456號免費公車經過二站就到達一座大型的高爾夫球場，旁邊有一個世界聞名的CASINO 賭場，所以周邊環境現优美、現代、壯觀，飯店就就在這群休閒中心的裡面，公車下車後只要步行五分鐘就可到達，飯店依山面建築，有綠地、有游泳池、有小森林非常優美。我們從這個小鎮搭火車6分鐘到達Sargans可轉搭11號公車前往Liechtenstin的首都Vaduz Post 或到Feldkirch轉火車前往薩爾斯堡和維也納，非常方便。”
