Die Heizung war zweimal ausgefallen, Störung wurde immer zeitnah behoben. Zahlreiche Leuchten waren defekt (allein im Schlafzimmer: 4 von 6), Ersatz erfolgte trotz Meldung am Anreisetag während des Aufenthalts nicht. Wir haben zwar die Adresse erhalten, nicht aber die Zimmernummer. Auch auf dem Schlüssel stand keine Zimmermummer. Vor Ort kommte niemand helfen. Wir mussten also anrufen. Zum Glück ging jemand ran. Das hätte wesentlich einfacher laufen können. Hier stimmt der Ablauf noch nicht. Ansonsten wäre ein Tausch der Pfanne mal wieder...
