“There was a group reservation which took up a good portion of the dining room for supper but all of the staff tried to make sure that people in the other parts were not neglected. There were no face cloths in our room, but there was a small balcony.”

“Room was clean and comfy. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I do find it a bit of an issue to have to pay an extra $15 to park in the outside parking lot. I was not able to get into the underground parking garage as it was already full. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to get in there and I feel that should be the policy.”

“Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were all friendly from check in/out to breakfast and lounge. My only complaint would be nothing is open to eat when you check in. Restaurant and lounge not open until later. Therefore next time we stay there coming from out of town would definitely eat before you check in ”

“Breakfast was microwaved sandwiches parking was small our beds had pistachio shells in them the pool and exercise room was closed and I didn’t notice or wasn’t notified that the place was under construction ”

“The room was dirty. The lamb was broken. The floor was wet. The ceiling was leaking. The staffs were rude. No water provided, not even a kettle. And I kept being warned about “if you forget to leave your room keys at the room before you leave, we are going to charge you.””

“Worst experience I've ever had! We will never be back. If you are going for the pool and hot tub, pass on this one. That is why we went and I was super disappointed to see that the hot tub was closed. The water slide was an enclosed tube all the way down and was pitch black with a huge splash of water to youur face at the end. Any adult I saw go down was one and done. The kids didn't seem to mind. The pool was freezing cold. I ended up leaving and going back to my room to shower and change only……
