The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. 「My husband and I are early risers, and we have come to expect having fresh-brewed coffee available in the lobby, if not all the time, then in the breakfast area prior to breakfast at 7:00. There was a coffee maker in the room but only one packet of regular coffee. The second day. I knew to ask for more coffee packets at the desk. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the room with the fireplace where we could play games with our granddaughter. We also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel...

「Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture.」

「It was a nice property, clean, helpful staff, super close to everything. Walking distance to Walmart or McDonalds. The room, beds and bathroom were super clean. I like that they have the indoor and outdoor pool. We also used the washer and dryer, the price was not bad and they were cleaned-easy to use. You can’t go wrong with the included breakfast! It was a nice stay, definitely going back to Grand Oaks Hotel!!」
