Nice but noisy

Great area and very clean. Very noisy due to neighbor in condo on floor above. Children started running before 7 AM and and continued for hours . We were gone during day only to return in afternoon to noise once again., continuing past 10 PM. Won’t be guilty of booking a lower floor again.

Great Place (but not easy)

It was a cute little place, but communication was horrible! I never got a single message or direction from the owner. I sent 2 messages asking for door code and check in process and no reply has ever come. We called the number on the listing and got the group that manages the property. He proceeded to tell us that the problem was that it’s 11 o’clock and we are calling. I said no the problem is that we need instructions. I told him that I had never booked with Vrbo and not been given directions. He said well you should have booked direct because Vrbo and airb&b are trash. I told him funny thing I never had this problem with either of those but suddenly I have a problem with him. He said well you should have received an email from us. I told him I didn’t. He said well I just resent it. I said no you didn’t RE send anything cause I never got the first one. In the very beginning he could have just said “I’ll resend the email. I’m sorry you didn’t get the first one.” Then all would have been fine but his rudeness and acting inconvenienced was unnecessary.
