“Had plenty of space and bedroom options! Host was attentive!”

“The property manager was great and was very helpful and willing to help in anyway possible very welcoming and friendly The only drawback was not having a stovetop inside and it mentioned a griddle when it was only a grill with a one eye side cook top. I would highly recommend staying here”

“Very clean room! Would definitely stay again!”

“Very cool, clean, spacious, convenient, and well decorated and outfitted villa. So much better than staying in a hotel.”

“This place served our needs perfectly. It's clean, check in was easy, and the owner was responsive. Thanks for sharing your home! ”

“Great location, close to Historic Rome and Berry College. Amy was great to work with. I will stay here again!”

“Fantastic location. Very nice place to stay. Super clean. Has the things you need.”

“I arrived extremely late after dark because of traffic issues and it was so great to have a garage for unloading. Also after being cooped up in the car for 12 hours, having a completely fenced in yard for my 3 yo dog so she could run off some of her energy., was so helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.”

“This unit was rather rundown with a musty odor. Photos don’t really capture this. It also was not very clean, with drawers that had debris as well as apparently belongings from previous customers. Hotel rack in the bathroom was broken as well as a sliding drawer in the kitchen The entry door needs to be redone as the frame was very loose and it felt unsecured. Description of the surroundings was accurate. It was very much in a secluded wooded area. It was also in close proximity to Lakepoint……

“Host very prompt in responding to questions”

“Good place”

“Upon entering the property. I saw that the accommodations were not the quality I thought I had paid for. Because of the overall uncleanliness that came with an odor, my family was uncomfortable. But with how much money was spent and how far and long we had driven to this property. We had no other choice but to stay. This was supposed to be a trip to celebrate our son retiring from the military. While also being able to relax and enjoy our time there since we barely get to see him. I highly……

“We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities and cleanliness of this cute cottage. It was perfect for us while visiting for a baseball tournament. Thanks!”

“The town of Acworth is beyond amazing and the trails and downtown area close by were adored. Deer came into the yard and my daughter was in total awe! We will definitely stay at Acworth again but not would choose this home for the price, neighbor house that looks abandoned and cockroach/hot water issues.”

“Yard was so pretty. Adorable koi pond and water garden. Place was clean. Nice extra touches.”

“Beautiful home and property.”
