Comfortable Room with great location!
The Hotel is close to the airport, it only takes a 20 mins ride by bus. The room is clean and comfortable. This was our first time visiting Bratislava so we were not familiar with the public transport system there. The staff helped us a lot.

The pool and wellness doesn't belong to the hotel
The hotel itself is nice and rooms are well equipped (although I had to ask for a water kettle for tea, since I don't drink coffee). However it's misleading to list the swimming pool and wellness as part of the hotel, these facilities don't belong to the hotel and they're merely public facilities in a nearby shopping mall.

Excellent kind and supportive staff. Excelent cleanliness. Nice hotel. Bed-matrace comfort clould be better. Good and tasty breakfest. And parking is prety expensive (25 EUR/night, pool is not "only for hotel guests", hotel restaurat was under reconstruction, but close to hotel on oposite side of the stree is good bar with good kitchen.

Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen eigentlich ganz okay. Leider war der Zimmer Reinigungsservice nicht so toll da weder Toilettenpapier noch Taschentücher nachgefüllt wurden. Des Weiteren war die Minibar und Klimaanlage defekt. Das Frühstück war weder umfangreich noch waren die Speisen an der warmen Theke warm. Die Säfte wurden nicht nachgefüllt stattdessen einfach mit einem Schild „Defekt“ gekennzeichnet. Die Bar im 13ten Stock war einfach geschlossen warum auch immer ohne einer Info an der verschlossenen Türe. Das Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und Saunabereich befindet sich nicht direkt im Hotel sondern in einem Bereich des Einkaufszentums was auch extra Kosten verursacht. Laut Hotelbeschreibung spricht das Personal auch Deutsch und Polnisch was aber nicht bestätigt wurde. Da gibt es zum gleichen Preis wesentlich bessere Hotels in Bratislava zum Beispiel das Falkensteiner oder Loft Hotel.

Great hotel in Bratislava
A very comfortable and nice hotel in perfect position for moving around Bratislava. Cleaning was top-notch and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Only thing missing was the rooftop bar which was closed during our stay but a great restaurant right across from the hotel ensured that we didn't suffer. Highly recommendable

Gutes Hotel etwas entfernt vom Zentrum.
Lange Wartezeit beim Check-in. Abends angereist und nur eine Person an der Rezeption - für die Größe des Hotels zu wenig. Zimmer über 30 Grad…Klima hat nicht funktioniert. Nach Anruf Rezeption wurde das behoben. Zimmer waren modern und schön! Frühstück war ok, nicht überwältigend. Heiße Aufbackbrötchen, Obst eher geschmacklos. Auswahl an Speisen war ok. Frühstücksbüffet befindet sich im 3. Stock mit schöner Terrasse, konnten draußen essen, dies war sehr nett. Check-out ging schnell. Zentrum fussläufig erreichbar, aber schon gute 25 Min. entfernt. Straßenbahn in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön gross und sauber. Die Minibar war in meinem Zimmer inklusive, was sehr angenehm war. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Schade war, dass für das Fitness und Wellness extra bezahlt werden musste (9 Euro für 3h). War im vorhinein nirgends wirklich klar beschrieben.

This is a very clean hotel. The inability to lower the room temperature below 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26 Celsius was unacceptable in August. Also, the shower wall leaked into the rest of the bathroom as it needs sealed. Would not stay here again mainly because the hotel keeps all rooms at 80 degrees without allowing any adjustments.

Great hotel
Fantastic position of the hotel, 20min walk from the city center, and integrated with a large shopping center. Parking at the level -3 was worth every penny, as parking in general is a problem. The only thing I was missing was hair conditioner.

More pros than cons
My stay was disappointing. Our first night was in a first class room as business class room was tiny and we were willing to pay extra to upgrade. But the bed the pillow the noise were all so uncomfortable, we got no sleep and went back to business class room the next day and it was much nicer. I think we just got shown a bad one in the first night. The staff are very rude and poor communicators. Breakfast is good but not worth the price as lots of cafe next to hotel in shopping centre and much cheaper. Would stay there again for location just avoid first class rooms
