“晚上才入住酒店，沒有水提供，要換衣服去大堂購買，真的有點感覺服務太差了”

“good”

“Property under construction. Surprise to us when we arrived. Room was clean, but no grab bars in shower, no hot water the second day, hair dryer did not work. Vanity light/mirror was not good for doing makeup. Coffee pot but no coffee. Room key did not work and the clerk was not happy he had to bring us another one. Breakfast was cold. No juice. Ice machine did not work. Lobby was a mess of construction and elevator floor light did not all work. Parts hanging off the elevator door. Many……

“A gem amongst the trees! Terrific stay for a long weekend! It is what you make of it — relaxing in your room or on the numerous patio spaces, or in the library, or in the lobby! Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. Everything is so accessible, my family of four even took a bike ride. Our boys LOVED the Arnold Palmer golf course (although it is challenging)! EVERYthing we ate was……

“This was a cute cabin right on the river! Beautiful, clean, peaceful! Very pretty! We went to Rail Explorers to ride bikes on the train tracks and went to New River Gorge so this place was great for all! Host was very responsive and nice!”

“Late night check in was wonderful. extra roll away with plenty of room was great. ”

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”

“Very secluded quiet getaway our host was awesome and quick to answer any questions we may have had. Would highly recommend to everyone who needs time away from city life.”

“Lovely, relaxing, next time I will bring my fishing poles”

“Brian was very friendly and responsive!”

“Sutton was an old coal and lumber town. Now is abandoned. the owner of this place is trying to to save some of the grandeur it once enjoyed .The hotel has 2 buildings and the decor in both of them is amazing It is a really relaxing place. The hostess is a coal miners daughter that keeps the West Virginia charm. The innkeeper is from Colombia. He serves a strong colombian coffee and delicious arepas. What a combination ,never expect it .Help this people save part of history”

“This home was a blessing to us as we visited family in the area. The interior was spotless, but the porches could have used some attention. Pay attention to the host instructions accessing the drive from the highway. My son tried to make the hairpin turn and found he had to backup on the highway to do it. Not a good spot to be in. It was also difficult exiting the drive as your vision of traffic is limited due to the steepness of the driveway. Breakfast is always important to our family. All 8……

“The main reason I gave lower ratings on some of the survey questions was due to an issue during check-in. I had already been charged by the Vrbo host, but when I arrived at Stonewall Resort, I was told there was no card on file and that I would need to pay again. It appeared that Stonewall needed to process payment through the host rather than charge me directly.I tried explaining to the Stonewall staff that a third party was handling the payment, but they were unable to verify or locate that……
