“酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。”

“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury……

“Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family.”

“This hôtel is not comfy. We booked for 3 rooms. But the room are so tiny that we forced them to open an other room. Whithout Windows so you feel like suffocatinng. Same for the toilets. The hygiène is not there. And most important the area is awful. ”

“The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor……

“Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……
