“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury……

“My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. Good value for money”

“酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。”

“Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family.”

“The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor……

“Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. ”
