Customer service was great & very prompt.This was the nicest DS unit we’ve ever stayed in: the most updated & modern.The baseboard heater street side isn’t working, nor the bathroom heater.Would be 5 stars except for the rude person upstairs doing construction (?) in the middle of the night 3-6am alll nights we stayed, who noisily arrives at midnight. Why do they need to bang/scrape/drag things around then?We’d stay in this unit again except for the noise from the garbage collectors different days of the week, for this complex & across the street, & the noisy snowplows at night.
