Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend

"I had an excellent experience staying at this rental property! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What an awesome place, we had enough room for our 4 children and their families.

Beautiful secluded home right outside of Breck

What a lovely home! It has everything you need for a large group and is in a great location south of town. The hot tub was perfect on the cooler nights and we loved the kitchen. Will definitely be back!

Summer in Breck

Great house and location. Hosting a family reunion we utilized the kitchen and kitchen space each night. The lower level with pool table and hot tub was great as well. Recommend this house for anyone visiting Breck.

Fantastic Property

Goose pasture tarn

The home is quite large and comfortably accommodated our group. The mgmt company was responsive to our questions/needs. The only negative item was the gas fireplace hardly had a flame - wadisappointing.

Great Family Place

Excellent place for families. We had a total of 14 people in the house and we never felt like we were crowded. Very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very well furnished with cooking utensils, dishes, crockpot, pots and pans, blender, etc. All our family members agree we would stay here again if we make another trip to Breckenridge.

PineView Hideaway great for large groups

PineView Hideaway is in an excellent location in Breckenridge...close to town and close to numerous outdoor activities. The listing fairly accurately described the property and the photos helped to determine room placement. The house comfortably slept 12 and there was definitely room for more. The communication between us and Invited Home was always responsive and quick.

Great home for families or large groups

This home is great for large groups or families. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. And the main living area offers a great place to get everyone together. We watched game seven of the World Series there and everyone was quite comfy gathered around the TV. Our favorite part of the home were the great decks, one with a hot tub, that offered great outdoor relaxation space. And the location is great too. It's a quick drive away from downtown and the slopes.

Family reunion getaway

Great property for hosting a large group, especially because there was ample seating for meals. Plenty of room for food with extra full size refrigerator/freezer in garage. Each family could have their own space and bathroom. Ample towels. Beautiful high end home!!!! Only thing we didn’t love was that the mattresses were a little too firm for our liking. Highly recommended!

Great space for our large family reunion

We recently spent 4 nights in this lovely home with our group of 17. We had 10 adults, 2 teenagers, and 5 children. It was the perfect space for us! Plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a pool table and a hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. The whole house was well appointed and upkept. and the response to our requests/questions was always prompt. It's about a 5 minute drive to town. Highly recommended!

Serves the purpose

Pictures are accurate. Nice finding was that listing said 6 bedrooms but there were actually seven. We had 16 so that was great! Beds were fine. Plenty of towels, bedding etc. we had a leaking toilet, leaking from upstairs to downstairs and it took a few tries to get the service to resolve that. This is a very basic home as far as finishes, kitchen etc. it served our purpose just fine.

Ladies Hiking Trip

Twelve of us from our hiking group stayed 3 nights. Overall it was very nice, and would recommend staying here. There is lots of room to spread out,. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s a good supply of towels in bathrooms. The refrigerator stopped working while we were there but fortunately there was a backup refrigerator in the garage. Would have been nice to have had more deck chairs and a patio table, plus both decks need to be cleaned and refinished. Hot tub is very nice and good sized. Would suggest mowing around the property so can use the picnic table.

My family and I stayed here with a group of 12, and it was absolutely perfect! More than enough room, kitchen was accommodating for a family dinner, and the property managers were always just a text away for any needs. Close to town, took maybe 5 to 7 minutes to get onto Main Street or Park, and far enough away to be secluded and private. Only negative: Make sure you have AWD/4WD. The driveway is sloped down and without the proper vehicle you could have difficulty after some fresh powder. Besides that, the stay met every expectation and would 100% recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

beautiful home just a drive a way from main st.

The home was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed. Though I might recommend fixing the blender. I'm a smoothie girl and the bottom of the blender was cracked and leaked everywhere. Only a small price to pay for not having to pack my own. :) The drive was just about 5 minutes from the house to the Gondola. We only had one car which meant our friend became the pick up/drop off person everyday since she doesn't ski. I might recommend having 2 cars if this is your situation since the place includes free parking at the Gondola. The hot tub was great and even enjoyed the gigantic tub in the master suite. Thank you! We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Our multigenerational family gathers from around the country every summer in different locations to relax and reconnect. This year, we picked Breckenridge and this beautiful property. We try to pick our houses carefully, and this home did not disappoint. There was plenty of room to spread out: lots of beds, two living spaces, a nice big and well-appointed kitchen and an extra fridge in the garage to hold all of our food. The furniture and beds were comfy, and the whole place felt airy and uncrowded, despite our crew of 14. We particularly liked the game room so that the teens could play pool and video games while the older adults had after dinner drinks in a quieter space upstairs. We had trouble with the internet on one of the days and the management company responded immediately. They also answered questions quickly when I wrote to them prior to our stay to ask if particular items were available in the house, and sent a pre-stay email detailing their extensive cleaning process between guests. We couldn't have asked for a more attentive host. The house is a quick drive from Breckenridge if you want to shop, eat or get to one of the many hiking trails in the area. But, it's away enough that you can avoid it all if you want to. We recommend this home and its host, and were grateful for a peaceful week away from Covid madness.

Great stay for big groups!

We had a group of 18 people stay in the house for a ski trip to Breck. The house was well equipped for all of us! The house is bigger and more comfortable than the pictures let on. Quiet, pretty neighborhood that is very close to the town. We’d definitely stay there again. Only recommendations I have for the management are to label the cabinets as there are so many. It was kind of confusing to find things in the kitchen. Also, we had found some half eaten food & snacks (we assume from little kids) in a couple places but otherwise the house was very clean.
