Absolutely beautiful

This property has a wow factor from the moment you walk in. My wife loved the master bedroom, which made her feel like she was at her own private resort. Our children loved the ample space in the lower level and the hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped. The layout was great, we could come together for family time or get our space. Location was perfect for us - we wanted to be close to Breckenridge but also wanted to feel that mountain peace and quiet. We could get quiet, but be to shopping and restaurants in few minutes.

Great house

This house was great for us! We’re a family of five so this house was more room than we needed, but it was great. It’s located by the golf course so it was a good central location for us. Just a 20 minute drive to Dillon Reservoir and less than 10 min to Main Street. We have three boys, 5, 8 & 10. There wasn’t a lot of room for them to get their wiggles out outside but they LOVED the hot tub. They did play football in the cul de sac so that was great for them. The master tub was also loved by them. The master shower is awesome! The house had multiple games that we enjoyed playing after our day out. We are a big ice family and the fridge ice maker did a great job keeping up with us. Access to the garage was awesome for storing our outdoor items used throughout the days.

Disappointed

This was listed as an upscale property. It was worn. The ice dispenser didn’t work on the fridge. The plates were all chipped. The deck and hot tub were just feet from a busy street. But the worst was a used condom that was on the floor from previous renters it was near the main bath tub. It is still there. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job. If you are Looking for an upscale condo keep looking!!!
