  • Make beautiful mountain memories with this gorgeous, ski-in/out chalet as your home base! You'll have the Snowflake Lift just steps away from your door and all of Breckenridge right at your fingertips.

    When you feel like taking a break from the mountain, enjoy some of the many relaxing activities available to guests. Indulge in a good soak in the community hot tub or play a game of Ping-Pong or air hockey in the game room. Find some luxurious alone time in the fitness center or simply crack open a good book on the suite's private balcony. Use the kitchen to whip up a late-night snack during a movie marathon with friends before turning in for a restful night's sleep.

    Downstairs at Eric's and Flip Side Breckenridge are all great restaurants to check out any time you want a delicious après-ski meal between ski runs. You'll love the unique shops and eateries you find at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. Head over to downtown's Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court.

    Things to Know
    Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
    The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
    Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
    Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Peaceful Getaway

Enjoyed reconnecting with our adult kids in such a tranquil setting. The unit had everything we needed and the walk down to Main Street was just right. We hiked nearby and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely visit again.

This was our first trip to Breckinridge and this condo was located close to everything in town. They had a courtesy shuttle that took you anywhere is the city. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, hot tubs, and game room were great. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area.

Great property. Unbeatable location next to Snowflake lift and walking distance to Main St. Hot tubs are very nice, and front desk helpful. Very cozy, comfortable, and well-stocked (minor issue was that there were no table mats). Overall, great stay! Would return!
