With the Quicksilver Lift just a few minute walk from the front door, you will be hitting the slopes effortlessly. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also right outside of your door.
Getting Around:
You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Parking: There is only one parking spot in the garage. The garage is 18’ 2” long with door closed so will only fit mid size/normal size vehicles. There is a first come, first serve parking spot outside. Otherwise, extra overnight parking can be found at the ice rink or at the airport Rd overnight parking area for a small nightly fee. There really is no need for a car or vehicle when staying at this home. It is centrally located and in the middle of everything.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. With the Quicksilver Lift just quick walk across Main Street from the front door, you will be hitting the slopes effortlessly. Enjoy an easy stroll to all of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Breckenridge. After a full day of activities, enjoy a soak in the shared hot tub (right next to the unit) and large outdoor pool area while taking in breathtaking views of the ski area and mountains. Grill on the patio and one car garage.
