Nestled on the fifth floor of Breck's popular ski in/out Trails End Condominiums, this delightful two-bedroom retreat (managed by Ski Country Resorts) invites you to enjoy a serene escape where every comfort of home is infused with the enchanting spirit of a ski town getaway. Spanning a generous 1,075 square feet, this abode is a tapestry of rustic elegance and modern convenience.
As you step through the door, the allure of the mountains meets with an interior that captures the essence of Breckenridge’s alpine charm. The heart of this home is a kitchen adorned with beautiful wood cabinetry and equipped with the gleaming sophistication of modern appliances. Whether you're an aficionado of the culinary arts or a lover of heartwarming meals, the kitchen is a haven, complete with glassware, dishware and a full suite of cooking utensils waiting to bring your favorite dishes to life.
Serve your culinary creations at the inviting wood dining table, which offers seating for six and sets the stage for memorable feasts and tales of the day’s adventures. The plush L-shaped couch in the living area promises relaxation and repose. Unwind as the gas fireplace crackles, its warmth complementing the alpenglow outside, while a movie plays on the 32" flat screen TV, or as you dive into the pages of a novel with a steaming cup of cocoa in hand.
When the day wanes, the master bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King bed adorned with quilted bedding, and its own 26" flat screen TV for intimate movie nights. The second bedroom is outfitted with a Captain’s Bunk, sporting a Queen bed on the bottom and a Twin on top, each wrapped in cozy bedding that promises a restful slumber, along with a 15" flat screen TV for entertainment.
With the addition of a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps seven guests, ensuring that everyone has a restful place to dream of the next day’s explorations. Both of the unit's bathrooms offer a serene space to rejuvenate with a hot shower or a leisurely bath, washing away the exertions of a day spent in the great outdoors.
Step out onto your private deck to greet the morning sun or to bask in the tranquility of the mountain vistas. During the summer months, this is your front-row seat to nature’s majesty, an unspoken invitation to unwind and breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
And for those times when relaxation is the only item on your agenda, the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex awaits (available seasonally), offering indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sun-tanning area, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ensuring that every moment of your stay is steeped in comfort and relaxation. (Please note, seasonal access is subject to Spring/Fall closures).
