Great summer get away

The condo was very nice for my family of 6 (4 kids). Feels recently decorated and clean, great views, limited mountain views but still very nice overlook of river and greenspace on property. Nice technology in condo too!

Another beautiful condo at Water House

This was our fourth stay at Water House (in different units) and we love it! The front desk staff are always super helpful. The units are newer with beautiful kitchens and baths and very comfortable living rooms. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. This unit had low flow shower heads, energy efficient bulbs throughout (which were a bit too bright/white), and stainless steel cookware (a refreshing and welcome healthy alternative to the non-stick cookware in most condos). The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Cost, convenient place in Breckenridge

This condo was really convenient to Main Street. It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking almost anything. It was clean and a good size for a small family. A few small maintenance issues but our stay was great and I would stay here again.

Could be better

Clean, spacious and good location. But, beds and pillows were rock hard (so no sleep at all) and you can hear people coming back from the bars late at night. The lighting in the bathrooms were also terrible.

This unit was very nice. As expected from pictures and previous stays at the Waterhouse. We selected this unit that overlooks the creek because we knew it was away from the main road and would be perfect for a nice, quiet getaway. Between the sanding noise (notified 3 days before arrival) and a smoke alarm that started chirping loudly in the middle of the night. The front desk didn't know where trash went, etc. David saved the day, but was one of two who were helpful.

Loved this place!

Our family loved our stay here! Wonderful layout, clean, and very convenient location. We could walk to Main Street easily with our kids and we also enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tubs. Front desk management was always available and helpful. The only negative was that the elevator was out during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor. Overall we are so glad we stayed here & we’ll definitely be back!

Almost Perfect

We loved the condo! Great location, close to Main Street, quick walk to Quicksilver lifts, and plenty of shops and restaurants. It was clean and fully stocked - coffee maker, filters and coffee, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels! And all of the necessities to cook, bath towels and robes and even humidifiers for each room! Oh and the coziest throw blankets for relaxing on the couch! The underground parking was convenient! My only complaint was the uncomfortable bed. Really hard for me to get a good night’s rest. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stayed in this beautiful, modern condo with the beautiful views from the balcony.

Spacious and Cozy

My mom, two sisters and I stayed here for a ski vacation and loved this condo! Super easy to get to and great location to base, shops and restaurants! Steps from ski rentals and to the peak 9 quicksilver lift! The condo was clean and beautiful, perfect for a family of 4-6. Thank you for an amazing stay, we’ll be back!!
