“This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress.”

“The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if……

“The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.”

I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. It is close to Vanderbilt University and Medical center and has plenty of……

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“We were very impressed!! We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. So we scrambled to find somewhere to stay last minute. The Hyatt Place was very professional, kind, welcoming and provided……

“Hotel was nice. Close enough to broadway to walk. Far enough away to not hear music when you needed quiet time. Staff friendly. We didn’t have water one day but they told us in advance and provided water bottles. Fire alarm went off the night the water was shut off at 3am. Scared the hell out of our family and the hotel didn’t mention anything the next day about what happened. Just said it was a false alarm. ”
