「We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! 」

「Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was out of order. We came during warm weather 3/4/26 - 3/10/26 and brought our swim wear to use it, but were disappointed. The furniture in our unit was very old and worn out. Needs updating badly. The balcony wood railing/banister was completely rotted and in immediate need of replacing. We stayed at the hotel twice before over the past 5 years, but are realizing it is not being kept up to hotel standards. ( we are aware that the units are privately owned, but none...

「great location on property of the Biltmore. The bar area and food services were really nice. We had dinner and breakfast in the Social club. Staff was great and we had a wonderful time for an overnight stay. 」
