“Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. There was a learning curve. I point these things out to give you a heads up but not to take away from the fact that we had a great stay. Good job Scott! We would……

“We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave.”

We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property.”

“All online pictures were a lie, completely edited. Pulled up into a not so nice neighborhood, which was not safe what so ever. Especially if a family with kids show up. Drug deals, cops, gun fires. Complete filth, roach in the tub. Stayed 15 minutes, packed up the car and left. Would expect a free refund, but they scammed the system. “This house was perfect for us! A water view from every window of the house, and near the end of a dead-end road so it was very quiet. A well equipped kitchen for cooking, the room darkening shades were great for sleeping and could be fully lifted to let in the sunlight and nature views. “The bed was very comfortable. I found the place a little dark, as all the windows are up in the front part by the kitchen. The kitchen worked out really well - had everything i needed! It was cold, damp and windy, and then snowed, so did not spend much time outside. I think I would love sitting in the yard or on the front porch in warmer weather.
