「Room was clean. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Wish there were potatoes on the breakfast bar. That felt like the only thing missing. Everything was great. 」

「Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.」

Although, I wasn’t able to enjoy the continental breakfast, I hope on planning another visit where I can enjoy it along with the newly remodeled restaurant and bar area! 「For the price we paid the bathroom wall needed repaired, the TV would not work, beds were as hard as a board.」

「The 1st room we had was not clean. The couch bed was full of crumbs. They nicely changed us to another room and it was very good. The hot tub wasn't bubbling when we turned it on and there were ants along the pool. We liked the breakfast and still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly.」

「Did not have breakfast but did have great coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Liked the firm/soft pillow options on each bed. Great location for the hotel. We were there just for overnight but had a very restful sleep. 」

Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」
