"As soon as you see the castle/hotel at the end of the driveway, it is an amazing sight to see! We saved this hotel for the last night of our trip, knowing we would be too tired to really venture far from it. We didn't eat/drink at the restaurants on sight as they were just not to our taste ( a bit too upscale for us ). We went to a local pub for a quick bite then walked back to the hotel. The room was great, very big and clean. If you are wheelchair bound, then it's perfect as it was set up for those particular needs. We were not, so I can only assume that all the rooms are that way? The little nook where you can make tea etc needs a light in there, as it was too dark to see what you were doing. The bathroom was HUGE, and the water pressure was perfect. Sadly we were there for too short of a time to really explore the hotel, but what we did see was beautiful. Highly recommend."

"The property is as pictured, however, in person, it is a bit 'tired'. The living room and dining room are well appointed. The double bed was not very comfortable - the sofa bed in the living room was more comfortable than the bed. The team from Houst was amazing and highly responsive, which we appreciated. For travellers who were not familiar with the use of a water press and need to turn it on in advance to have hot waters for showers, it would have been helpful to have a video as part of the directions. Also, it is important to note that the keys are picked up and dropped off at a convenience store not in the apartment complex."
