“A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it.”

“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out……

“They will give you a price and once you have your reservation they want to charge you 3 times more what you paid for each night and is not refundable. Communication with staff feels like a machine constantly repeating itself”

“Do not book this place ,do not be fulled by the pictures, the place is under construction, lots of noise Scaffold going up and down your windows , the pool is closed. The apartment has bedbugs( bedroom bed)my wife and kids all had skin irritations, I booked this place for 10 days they did not disclose all problems so we had to move out in 5 days and book another hotel, they ruined our vacation When I tried to contact the host the did not respond to my text and kept ignoring the message.
