「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to accommodate all my family members. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine, so we just put the couch cushions on the floor as a makeshift bed. I told the desk clerk about it at checkout, who took my info and said he would have some reach out to me to make it right. This was a week ago and nobody has contacted me yet. 「A great choice in Huntsville. Bright, clean room with a modern, updated appearance. Placed next to an outdoor shopping area with high-end stores, restaurants and a movie theater. Just minutes from the airport. If I return to Huntsville, I’m staying here.」

「I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!」

「Except for the entry and the lighting in our room, the facility was very nice. Birds have commandeered the overhead at the entry. They had built nest in the overhead and were protecting them by flying in and out while pooping everywhere. Also the lighting our room was very poor. Trying to apply makeup was a guessing game. Please install a brighter light in the ceiling in the vanity portion of the bathroom. The staff were very courteous and helpful.」
