「非常大的空間超級好的地點下次來倫敦首選」

「Room is very comfortable, the hotel is located in a place that is very near to an underground station. Convenient to go to different places. Staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「The room equipment may not be perfect, but the overall service is very good」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again.」

「Laundry room good……………………………………………..」

The cocktails...

However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...

I booked an executive suite with kitchen, the room was big and comfortable, we had 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed was opened for us by the time we arrived. The hotel was equipped with excellent equipments like a sink, washing machine and dish washing machine, however I don’t think the hotel was thinking from a traveller perspective. We used the washing machine and needed to dry our clothes, but the...
