“There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The flat was in a good location by the beach. New bedding needed for the main bedroom”

“This is a lovely apartment with a fantastic view of the ocean and Lynmouth. The beds were very comfortable with nice crisp sheets and the kitchen was well stocked. The manager was very responsive to questions and was quick to replace a coffee pot that had an issue. We would definitely stay here again.”
