「Breakfast was well stocked, room was clean and quiet, towels were new and fresh.」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have some fruit included in the breakfast options.」

「It was a very cheap place but you get what you pay for. It was clean and the guy running it was nice. Beds were comfy. Shower was free standing and might be uncomfortable for someone over 300-350lbs. I’d stay again if I just needed a cheap clean spot to sleep. Dollar General was about a mile up the road for snacks and drinks. It had a small fridge but no freezer, had a microwave, coffee maker, and good WiFi.」

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad.」

「The property was budget friendly and very convenient for our stay. The rooms were very clean but the hotel could have did better utilizing the space (like a closet in the bedroom). We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and the desk operator said the rooms were not ready but as soon as shift change happened (15 minutes later).The rooms were ready and we could check in. Which leads me to believe that the first lady didn't want to check us in. But overall our Stay was GREAT.」

「My sister and I took my niece to Frankenmuth for the weekend. The SpringHill Suites is is literally in walking dstance from most of the attractions. The rooms were spacious,staff was courteous. Hotel was very clean. Would definitely recommend!」

「Good breakfast. Hot meat and eggs rotate daily; waffle iron, the usual fruit, yogurt, cereal. Nice to have lemon water available 24/7 in lobby.」

「The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. 」
