"Room was nice, clean, mostly quiet. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we could tell that someone had been smoking pot. That odor finally cleared after about 2 hours."

"We had a great experience! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful and we got an upgraded room that made all the difference - a bigger bathroom for 3 girls! The location was ideal, right by the Arch and the view was spectacular. I also want to call out the staff that did the valet parking. They were super - helpful, friendly and managed long lines of cars with ease. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Centrally located, great park and fly, breakfast is great. The only thing I do not like is for police officers to park outside and go to eat breakfast. It appears that there is trouble at the hotel."
