“This Condo was wonderful, fully stocked with all the Amenities, Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, and a lot more stuff that ever other condo rentals does not provide. This rental was amazing. Pool was a perfect temperature even in April. The drive to Universal was only about 20 miles so not to far. Best of both worlds. Out far enough to be quite, close enough not to annoy. The beds were a bit stiff for me, but my husband loved it. I will be back!”

“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth……

“This is a super cute room and was exactly as listed, it’s like a nice hotel room without the high price tag. Communication was great and I would definitely stay again.”

“There are many great things about this rental. For example all the rooms had a TV with Roku connected to it. My daughter enjoyed using the Disney+ and YouTube. The kitchen space was phenomenal and if you were going to be staying and cooking then it would be great but we were just in town for a wedding. The bathrooms were nice and I loved the way you could turn on the water with just one button in the shower and the temperature was that perfectly. My only complaint is that the beds were not the……

“Overall our stay was great, the host did a great job communicating and helping with any of needs that popped up during the stay. The neighborhood was quiet seemed very family friendly, the only thing anyone could say was the neighborhood was very tight when driving through as there was multiple cars parked on the street at all times. If you like a colder house or bedroom at night this place might not be the place for you as the AC wouldn’t go below 72. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were coming……

“We had such a wonderful stay! Great Commication with the owner prior to our arrival. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly. Very clean, great beds, room for our whole family. Quiet neighborhood and not far from access to the I4, a publix, and small shopping area. I would 100% stay here again!! Thanks so much for the memories”

“House was not well cleaned. We found all kinds of wrappers behind furniture. Furniture was old and broken, especially the beds. I slept on a bunk bed for 11 days that was supported by several cans of paint, which I only realized the last day of my stay. I communicated this to Property Owner but they never responded. WIFI never EVER worked. Please don't waste your money with this Property. 14 years renting from VRBO and this is the first time I had such a terrible experience.”

“This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. ”
