「Convenient location, not the nicest neighborhood, nice property with cute outdoor space with pool. House was not clean when we arrived (floors visibly dirty, dead insects including cockroaches, surfaces still had food and grease on them, shower was dirty, stove was caked with food). Property manager did help to rectify, but the house was not up to standard with the lack of cleanliness.」
