"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Great stay, room was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic central location. We were in one of the rooms external to the hotel in the courtyard which I felt was overpriced for the size of the room."

"Avoid this host. Daniella refused to let us check in on arrival, claiming our ID photo quality wasn’t good enough — something never mentioned in the booking terms or beforehand. We were left without accommodation during our holiday in Brighton with no warning and no alternative offered. She promised a full refund on the spot. That refund has still not arrived. Wasted time, ruined part of our holiday, and still chasing money back. Stay well clear."

"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."

"We only stay for one night so it was ok however wouldn’t want to stay any longer as the double room is more like single with double bed in it. It’s so hot in the room it was difficult to sleep and although they provide a fan I found that to be quite noisy. It needs some updating as some of it is looking tired. Also windows could do with some cleaning and maybe picking up all the paper rubbish from behind the bed! Last thing the floor is really creaky it gets annoying after awhile. On the plus size the staff are really lovely especially the girls in the bar area! And the breakfast was really tasty!"
