「Good location as close to the Lanes, restaurants, bars and beach is an easy walk. Apartment was clean and check in and out process was easy. The bed is only a double size, otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay in Brighton.」

「Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. 「First, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Brighton, and our rental with David had a lot to do with it. Second, the location was excellent, near great shops, dining and the train station. Third, David's communication was second to none, always quick with a reply on any of our inquiries. Lastly, although there was some light night noise (mostly due to World Cup games), we will recommend this place to others who plan to travel to Brighton.」

「This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. 」

「This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in".
